Here are the steps you need to take to get your APSCHOOL platform ready for the start of the new school year

Back to school is just around the corner!

Here are the steps you need to take to be ready with your APSCHOOL platform from 1 September.
If you are upgrading from V2 to V3 or joining us :

✅ Import users: send us your PRO ECO/CREOS/AUTRE file so that we can switch classes, create accounts for new students and inactivate students who have left your school.

✅ Configure all the modules you have chosen. This is the biggest job.
Our teams are available to support you in this task via Ticketing (see video).

✅ Tell parents when you have upgraded to V3 or started using the platform.

✅ Send logins and passwords to your users.

You are already using APSCHOOL V3 :

✅ Import users: send us your PRO ECO/CREOS/AUTRE file so that we can switch classes, create accounts for new students and inactivate students who have left your school.

✅ If you have one or more teaching modules: import the subjects and link them to the teachers and students.

✅ Send logins and passwords to users who have never logged in before (see video).
