APSchool’s platform includes a traditional messaging module that is easy to access and use. But it is obviously designed for the needs of a school.
You can select a group of people, send an e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt and attach documents.
Communicate easily with students, parents, teachers or the administration of your infrastructure thanks to this internal messaging system. This module is available online, but also on the APSchool application, running on both Android and IOS.
Running a school canteen can be a tedious business. Between booking meals and making cash payments, it’s a particularly time-consuming task. APSchool offers a booking and payment service.
Meal reservations can be made quickly via the website, an interactive terminal or the application. Parents and students have access to a calendar and the menu, so all they have to do is book and pay directly online. For your part, you have a global view of reservations and payments, and can quickly adapt your stock.
A school is full of events throughout the school year: trips, dinners, fancy-fairs, excursions, etc. Managing them is often complicated by the rush to book and pay for them. The APSchool platform includes a module for managing both registration and payment for the activity directly online!
